Design to the room
We start from how the room is used, then size displays, cameras and microphones to the space. Drawings and a line-item price come before anything is ordered.
Our crews, our programming
Matrix technicians install, terminate and program every system. No hand-off to a subcontractor.
Tested before turnover
Each room is commissioned and tested end to end, and the people who use it are trained on it.
Supported after
Service agreements and upgrades from the team that built it.

Common questions.
How long does a conference room AV install take?
Most standard conference rooms are installed and commissioned in one to three days once equipment is on site and the room is ready. Boardrooms and video walls take longer. We give you a schedule with the proposal.
Can you work in an occupied office?
Yes. We schedule noisy work after hours or on weekends and keep the space clean and secured each day.
Do you design the AV system or just install it?
Both. We design and price in-house, or we install to an engineer's drawings and specifications as a subcontractor.
Do you service AV systems you didn't install?
Yes. We take over existing systems, document them and put them on a service plan.
Tell us about the project.
Address, scope and timing are enough to start. GCs can send drawings, specs and the bid due date.
